You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Pakistan to create a JSKTips account. One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all balances.
All transactions on JSKTips are processed in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit Rs 100, minimum withdrawal Rs 500.
All bonuses on JSKTips are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in the promotion. Abuse of bonus terms — including multi-accounting or bonus-hunting patterns — will result in forfeiture.
All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealer. Collusion, cheating, or use of automated bots on JSKTips is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

To play at JSKTips with real money, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number, an email address, and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.
One Account Policy: Each player is entitled to hold only one account on JSKTips at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If JSKTips detects multiple accounts linked to a single individual (by device, IP address, payment method, or identity), all accounts may be suspended and any balances held may be forfeit pending investigation.
Identity Verification: JSKTips reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or similar government-issued ID) before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses. Players who refuse or fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal suspended until verification is completed.
JSKTips may, at its discretion, decline an application for an account or close an existing account without giving a reason, subject to returning any verified remaining real-money balance to the player through their registered payment method.

JSKTips does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside JSKTips's control. All deposits are credited to your JSKTips balance in PKR at the time of successful processing.
JSKTips reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. Funds deposited using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder will be returned to the source and the account may be reviewed for suspicious activity.
Withdrawal requests on JSKTips are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard account holders, though VIP tier limits may vary.

All casino games, live dealer games, and skill-based games (including Ludo and Teen Patti) on JSKTips are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. By entering any game, you agree to play by the rules presented. JSKTips's interpretation of these rules is final in the event of any dispute.
Casino Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are those certified by the game provider and are displayed within the game information panel. JSKTips does not modify provider-supplied RTP settings.
Live Casino: Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Results are final once the dealer announces them. Technical glitches that interrupt a live session before the result is determined will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.
Skill Games (Ludo, Teen Patti): Match results are final once confirmed by the JSKTips system. Disconnection during a game is handled as described in the individual game rules — auto-move or forfeit depending on duration. Results are recorded immediately in your account history and are not subject to reversal except in cases of confirmed platform error.
Sports Betting: All PSL and other sports betting markets on JSKTips are governed by standard sports betting rules. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event. JSKTips reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has been confirmed as corrupted or manipulated.
To protect the integrity of the JSKTips platform and the fairness of the gaming experience for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
JSKTips reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and take legal action where prohibited conduct is identified. Cooperation with law enforcement agencies is standard JSKTips policy in cases involving suspected criminal activity.
JSKTips is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion at JSKTips can be activated for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked across all game categories and you will not receive promotional communications from JSKTips. To reinstate an account after the exclusion period has elapsed, players must contact JSKTips support and confirm they are ready to return to responsible gaming.
JSKTips reserves the right to independently impose responsible gaming measures on any account — including deposit limits or temporary suspensions — if our team identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, even without a player-initiated request. All content on the JSKTips platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, and software — is the property of JSKTips or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any JSKTips content without prior written permission. Scraping, screen-recording for commercial purposes, or using JSKTips content in other websites or applications is prohibited.
The JSKTips name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of JSKTips. Use of these marks without explicit written permission is an infringement of JSKTips's intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSKTips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
JSKTips provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, JSKTips does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits JSKTips's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
JSKTips reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by JSKTips for reasons other than the player's own misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 7 business days, minus any bonus funds that had not met wagering requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these Terms, JSKTips reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. JSKTips will communicate the outcome of any investigation within 30 days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. JSKTips operates with the intention of complying fully with all relevant regulations in the jurisdictions where its services are accessed.
In the event of any dispute between you and JSKTips, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team at support@jsktips.bet. JSKTips commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and to providing a final resolution within 30 days where possible.

JSKTips reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JSKTips will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of JSKTips after any revision to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the changes take effect and receive your real-money balance back through your registered payment method. The version of the Terms displayed at the top of this page with the effective date is the currently applicable version.
