When you deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa, JSKTips receives a transaction confirmation and reference number from the payment provider. We do not store your full JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa account PIN, or any mobile wallet authentication credentials. These remain entirely within the JazzCash and Easypaisa systems.

For bank IBFT deposits, JSKTips receives your account name and transaction reference for reconciliation purposes. Full bank account numbers are not stored in the JSKTips database. For card payments, JSKTips uses a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — card details are tokenised and never pass through or reside on JSKTips's own servers.

• Payment tokenisation: Card and wallet payment details are tokenised by our payment gateway partners and do not reside on JSKTips servers.

JSKTips retains personal data for as long as your account is active. Once your account is closed — whether at your request or by JSKTips — data is handled as follows:

• Transaction records and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the last transaction or account closure (whichever is later), as required for anti-money laundering and financial compliance obligations.
• Communication records (support tickets, chat logs): Retained for 2 years from the date of the communication, then securely deleted.
• Responsible gaming records: Retained for 5 years to support regulatory reporting requirements and to prevent self-excluded players from re-registering.
• Anonymised analytics data: Does not contain personal identifiers and is not subject to the same deletion obligations — retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted from JSKTips systems using industry-standard data destruction methods. Backup copies are purged on the same schedule as live data.
